“It’s genuinely mind-boggling. There have been so quite a few thoughts,” explained Isabella’s mom Lana Kulak. “It’s a joyful feeling entirely. I’m nonetheless in shock and in awe that it is my baby girl. I can’t believe that it sky’s the limit.

“I believe far more people are sporting ribbon skirts and their traditional wear. Donning a ribbon skirt to me signifies toughness, resilience and womanhood.”
