On Jan. 4, 2022, the Good Spirit School Division arranged a Ribbon Skirt event at the KCI, which was attended by dignitaries along with personnel and college students. It was also a day that is marked as “National Ribbon Skirt Day” below Monthly bill S-227.

“It’s genuinely mind-boggling. There have been so quite a few thoughts,” explained Isabella’s mom Lana Kulak. “It’s a joyful feeling entirely. I’m nonetheless in shock and in awe that it is my baby girl. I can’t believe that it sky’s the limit.

“I believe far more people are sporting ribbon skirts and their traditional wear. Donning a ribbon skirt to me signifies toughness, resilience and womanhood.”
