A Noida resident was hospitalised soon after receiving shot at for the duration of a clash that broke out around bursting of firecrackers on Diwali, officials said on Friday.
The individual who opened fireplace has been arrested more than the incident that took place on Thursday night at Garhi Chaukhandi village, under Section 3 police station restrictions, Deputy Commissioner of Law enforcement (Central Noida) Harish Chander explained.
“The clash had erupted among two sides in the village owing to one asking the other to not burst firecrackers exterior their store. Very first they had heated arguments, then engaged in a physical duel following which just one person took out his accredited pistol and opened fire, wounding his relative,” the officer mentioned.
“The accused individual who opened the fire has been arrested. The certified pistol has been seized and the hurt is undergoing therapy at a clinic,” the DCP mentioned.
An FIR has been lodged at Phase 3 law enforcement station and further legal proceedings are staying carried out, the law enforcement said.
